About The Club | IPMS London Canada

IPMS London was formed in 1980 by a group of hobbyists in London, Ontario, Canada. We are dedicated to promoting plastic scale modelling of all genres and providing a forum for modellers of all ages and abilities to meet and exchange ideas, information, and other ‘stuff’.

At each meeting, we hold a seminar or other event, have a show and tell where members bring out their newest models and latest acquisitions, exchange information regarding models, references, and techniques, and more.

We meet in the basement at Needham Funeral Home 520 Dundas Street, London, ON N6B1W6 on the third Wednesday of every month from 6:45-8:45.

Membership Fees
Membership fees cover the club administration and equipment as well as rent and insurance for our meeting space.

Membership also includes our festive pizza party in December and access to our weekly virtual build nights

Our Model Show

We host a regional model show and vendor expo every two years is called the Southwestern Ontario Scale Model Expo (formerly the London Scale Model Show).

IPMS London is a chapter of the International Plastic Modellers’ Society of Canada.
