Venue:
New room for the next two months (M3001) and the big room for August. However, as Fanshawe rents have increased (40% higher) we are looking at moving to another location: Needham’s Funeral Home, 540 William Street across from Beale High School, free parking. No cost and it looks to be reliable!
2025 Show:
Show is also more expensive. Everything is more expensive, although the venue increased the least. We do not expect to have anything left in the show fund on show day, so we are really hopi g for a good turnout!
Sponsorships: Still looking for some sponsorships – some previous sponsors aren’t in a position to do so due to uncertainty in the economy. Please tell us about any possible sponsors!
Raffle Donations: we are still looking for donations, so please check out your stash for complete, clean, solid, I started kits or other items worthy of a raffle spot.
Marketing: Posters are available for posting at libraries, etc.
Volunteers: for judging, setup, takedown, entry till staffing, direction givers, etc. please show up at 7:30am. I will email out a map showing location and parking before the show.
Bill Webb and Lee volunteered to help at the front gate.
Mike Hill will be bringing his wife Carol to the show around 1:00.
