An air show staple, the F-14
Tomcat. This F-14B from VF-103 was painted to celebrate the 60th anniversary
of the Jolly Rogers.

The A-10 Thunderbolt II is another air show staple that has renewed
interest to the public with the recent conflict in Iraq. An OV-1 Mohawk can be
seen behind the Warthog.

Here's a beautiful Navy T-45A Goshawk trainer from VT-7.

Here's a brightly coloured USN Jet Ranger.

For me this was an awesome sight - an F-86 flying side by side with
an F-15C Eagle. It was dubbed the USAF Heritage Flight.

Dale "Snort" Snodgrass flew an exciting aerobatic program in his F-86
painted up as one of the Skyblazers, a USAF stunt team in Germany in the 1950's.

After the performance, Dale Snodgrass taxis his colourful F-86 across
the front of an appreciative crowd.

Can you ever get tired of seeing a B-25 Mitchell in flight? I think not.

A beautiful AD-4 Skyraider on static display. Unfortunately, this aircraft did not fly at the Saturday show.

After rumbling through the skies with the B-25, this TBM rolls along
the flightline so the pilot can wave to the spectators.

This was the "to the beyond" portion of the show the Joint Strike Fighter. When parked on the flight line it was difficult to tell that this was only a mock
up. It certainly looks the part.

In the hangar the next day there was an opportunity to get close to
the JSF mock up. Note the forward-hinged canopy.
