We had a packed room last night for our annual Pizza Night. Lots of food and good conversation. It was my last full night as President as I will be stepping down after the elections in January. I really appreciate the thoughtful gift of the Tamiya armor kit that you folks gave me – I may even build it as my Year Build lol .

An exciting prize will be featured in this month’s 50/50 draw! Don’t miss it!
The October Meeting was taken up with Gerry giving a run-down of the 2016 Show. Some interesting facts were that, while walk-ins were down somewhat, Vendor sales were up. Aircraft models were down in numbers, but overall models for judging were normal. The Raffle table was very successful. Overall the Show was in the Black. Congratulations to all the folks who worked with Gerry and Tom and made the Show so successful!!!
I announced that I would be stepping down as President come January and that Club Elections will he held at the January Meeting. All those interested in running for the Executive will have to have someone at the January Meeting to nominate them.
Moved by Justin and seconded by Adam that dues for next year will continue to be $25.00.
The next Meeting will be on Wed. Nov. 9 at 7pm at the Westmount Library on Wonderland Rd. S. We will be discussing whether or not to continue the Forums page in this web-site or for it to be on the Facebook site only, as it is infrequently used here. We will continue the discussion as to what positions should be in the next Executive – currently we have 3 as shown on the front page of the site.
